Country Fresh was started by members of the ANTICO family, who have been trading fresh produce since 1938.
They are an iconic Australian ‘fresh food family’, recognised as pioneers in the industry and well-known for their long history,

Matthew Antico, Managing Director of Country Fresh has been based in Asia for over a decade and has a wealth of experience and passion for the food industry. A real “foodie”, Matthew has established himself as a food connoisseur and has developed a solid reputation among Chefs and Restaurant Owners.
