Country Fresh offers various types of BELUGA CAVIAR that are all carefully selected according to the highest grading standards. Our loyal customers have made this our BEST SELLING item. This very unique variety is produced by cross-mating farmed Beluga and Oscietra sturgeon species, often referred to as a Hybrid - the result being an intensely creamy flavour, outstanding texture, classic caviar 'pop', and impressive visual appeal - a 'must try' for any budding or seasoned caviar enthusiast!

The sturgeon are kept in large, free flowing rivers and this guarantees nearly the same quality as wild sturgeon.

The fish are bred in Spain, South America and across the Russia/China border region according to seasonal variations in harvesting.

Country Fresh also has reliable access to farmed BELUGA (Huso huso) from IRAN (with certified Iranian Government documentation). See our other product lines.

Most importantly, our entire caviar range is totally natural, and never produced with preservatives (i.e. E285 Borax) or pasteurization. Traditional Iranian methods result in classic flavours that are also promoted by minimising salt content. 

All orders for CAVIAR will be transported in specially insulated thermo cooler bags, acting as mobile refrigeration for at least 2-3 hours, ensuring the quality of your purchase for the journey home, or to that special party.
