BELUGA IMPERIAL

Country Fresh offers various types of BELUGA CAVIAR that are all carefully selected according to the highest standards. Often called the KING of caviar, our imperial Beluga caviar is extremely rare and only produced in very limited quantities - with outstanding visual appeal at 3.8mm roe, it will surely impress even the most discerning of gourmet enthusiasts!

The sturgeon are kept in large, free flowing rivers and this guarantees nearly the same quality as wild sturgeon.

The fish are bred in Spain, South America and across the Russia/China border region according to seasonal variations in harvesting.

Country Fresh also has reliable access to farmed Huso Huso (Beluga) from IRAN (with certified Iranian Government documentation). See our other caviar lines.

Most importantly, our entire caviar range is totally natural, and never produced with preservatives (i.e. E285 Borax) or flash pasteurization. Natural flavours are also promoted by a minimal salt content of only 3.7%

All orders for CAVIAR will be transported in special insulated cold-store cooler bags, acting as mobile refrigeration for up to 2-3 hours, ensuring the quality of your purchase for the journey home, or to that special party.
