Pepperberry Tapas Oil
- Diemen Pepper’s Tapas Oil is Australian olive oil spiced with Tasmanian Native Pepper. Great as part of a spicy marinade or tapenade or for frying up some mushrooms. Goes well served with crusty bread, with or without the addition of dukkah.
- With the Tasmanian Native Pepper, both the leaves and berries are harvested for their spicy, hot properties, with its pepper heat coming from an unusual flavour compound.
